Roe v. Wade? Issue? Ruling that declaratory though not injunctive relef was warranted? & How the ninth and fourteenth amendments applied to this case? I need help understanding what is being said.

i dont know what you mean well I am taking constitution law and need some help interpreting the cases some. The reading can be very difficult to understand. I hope I am not the only one. I am studying law (Legal Studies) and I wonder if I am the only one who doesnt get it. It always seems like someone else has the answer in my class before I do.
