Help! Scared in Southern Illiois

I just turned 18 and was celebrating. First time drinking. Arrested for possession, consumption and transportation buy a minor. First offense. What should I expect in court? Do I need a lawyer? Can they suspend my driver license? Prevent me from going oversea for 10 days next month? I really scared. Being an adult is not what its cut up to be.
