I am a junior operator who recently got into a small fender bender today, I have a car accident from 4 months ago on my record as well as a ticket I have not appealed yet on my record.. What is going to happen to my lisence or me?

Nobody can predict what might happen, but honestly, as a juvenile with a record like that, I would expect your license to be suspended. Even if it is not suspended, you should expect insurance rates to go through the roof.
