Parole, Probation help me in florida

I'm on probation until restitution is paid in full for grand theft,I just totaled a car i had less than a week and today a week later i found out at the hospital while getting my stiches out that i was .185 on the blood test,I reported the wreck to the po,i have not yet been charged with the accident or dui,do you think they'll give me serious jail time?

No one can predict the outcome of any trial.
But, these are things that can help you going forward:

Stop discussing this with anyone but YOUR lawyer.
Don't admit, confess, or agree to anything, unless and until you've discussed it with your lawyer.
You're INNOCENT until the state proves (not simply charges) your guilt.
Plead not guilty, ask for a lawyer (or hire your own), and YES, because you are on PAPER; you must report ALL contact with law enforcement.

You could get revoked. It all depends on getting LAWYERED up and SHUTTING up.

For your sake, get admitted into a treatment program, if your lawyer agrees with that strategy.

But, whatever you do, stay out of trouble and follow the rules for staying on PAPER.
