Criminal Law help me, criminal record and green card

I had a misdemeanor records when I am waiting for my green card, my current status is asylum, so I do have a A numbe. I really regret what I have done, I stole something from a super market when I was 19 years old, I was fined and the record was expunged one year ago. Can I still get my green card?

this has been answered here a thousand times. It depends on your total record and the disposition of the case. Mainly it depends on the possible maximum sentence. If this was your only crime and the possible maximum sentence was less than a year then you should be fine.
