My divorce decree states: "The respondent shall maintain the minor child on his comprehensive medical and hospitalization insurance provided by his employer, as long as it is provided at no or nominal cost. Nominal cost being defined as less than $100.00 per month"
My ex-husband's wife has opted to carry the coverage for their family (including her children). The cost is greater than $100 per month. Am I obligated to cover the premium in excess of the $100?

i don't have a lawyer - we've been divorced 15 years - haven't had an atty in about 10 years.
(that's why i signed on here)

The judgment in the lawsuit means that you pay for YOUR minor child's health care insurance up to $100 per month.

You don't have to pay for anyone else's health insurance.
