Health Insurance Cancelation

Hello All,

My company recently filed bankruptcy. Most people were fired/laid off. I was asked to stay. I was a salaried employee with full, paid benefits.

I was asked to keep my same position, but my title was changed and the employer changed me from salary to hourly.

Due to this, I have now found out from my pharmacy, that my insurance was canceled. I received no notice from my company that my insurance would be canceled.

On a side note, I was also told that though my title was changed I would not be given a pay cut. I have received a pay cut, regardless of what my Director stated in an email.

Is there anything I can do about this. My company is giving me the run a round and not answering any questions.
