harrassing creditor

i have hired a company to assist with our credit cards. they send a cease and assist order to this 3rd. party company and they are failing to abide by the order. they continue to call 4 times or more a day and are very nasty. they have been contact by the company we hired and have been told be me along with a registered mail with the cease and assist order. how do i get them to stop calling?
