I have lived in an apt. for 6 months its been a nightmare constantly being harassed by a neighbors what do I do?

I have lived in an apt. for 6 months its been a nightmare constantly being harassed by a neighbors what do I do?

I don't know about you, but I'd ask to move to another apartment far away from those who terrorize you.
If that can't happen, move out when your lease is up.
Other than that, the law doesn't care.

What type of harassment & why? "Generally" though there isn't much you can do but move.
