harrasement from neighbor Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant

I reside in a deed restricted community in hillsborough county florida, and recently i had a neighbor call my workplace to complaint about me having my commercial vehicle parked in the front of my house.

I have park the vehicle in the same spot everyday for te past 6 years, but now is when the neighbor called on me.

My question is: does the neighbor has the right to pass over the neighborhood association and harras me with my company like that?

Can I initiate a harrasement lawsuit against that neighbor?

Is there is a law that protect me form that kind of neighbors?
