I live in Colorado and have turned 16. I got my learner's permit in august and can not recieve my license until I have had a permit for a year. During this summer I need to attend summer school at a school that is not accessible by bus, is a 20 min drive from my house, and I also need to drive to my job. I have heard about a hardship license for people with suspended licenses and who have to drive to work. I was wondering if this is available in Colorado and if there is any way to obtain my license a few months early as I am 16 and need to drive to school and work.
