Harassed and threatened via email

I sent a reply to a post, which asked why people were flagging his posts on a popular site, Craigslist. I am wondering what can I do here without having to spend hours at a police station filing out a report that probably wont be taken serious? Below is the conversation, I put asterisks to cover up the cursing from the guy.:

WHAT THE F*** ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THAT WE PAY "DIRT CHEAP." GET YOUR
F***ING HEAD OUT OF YOUR A**. WE PAID OUR KEYS OVER 500 PER DAY AND
THE SECONDS A LITTLE LESS. PLUS OVERTIME DUCEBAG.

HOW THE F*** WOULD YOU KNOW HOW MUCH WE PAID? A**HOLE WE SPENT 100
F***ING THOUSAND DOLLARS IN TWO F**KING SHORT DAYS IN NEW YORK. QUIT
YOUR F**KING B***HING AND LEARN THE FACTS BEFORE YOU CRY AND FLAG OUR
ADS.

YOU GOT NO F***ING CLUE WHO YOUR TALKING TO. I WILL FIND OUT WHO YOU
ARE SOON ENOUGH. THANKS FOR FLAGGING OUT POSTINGS OF PAID WORK

No.1 it seems they have not got there facts straight.

No.2 They have made someone very upset.

From what i see of that e mail there is nothing in there that threttens you personally but If I were you I would try not to get yourself in a situation like that again!
Sticks and stones comes to mind.

This is exactly the case. The "you don't know whom you are talking to" comment is menacing but doesn't arise to the level where a specific threat is actually made, e.g. "and we will find you and burn down your house." Ignore it for the moment as your trip to the police station will probably be a waste of time.
