I was arrested on Halloween on my way to the parade. I was standing next to my car and an officer pulled up. I was wearing a black tactical outfit with local police department patches. He asked "Are you an officer? I said, No, it's a costume." Then I was handcuffed, arrested for impersonation and placed into the squad car. Then the officers searched my vehicle, discovered a few other things, and took me to the station. I need some advice. What are your opinions of someone being arrested for impersonating an officer with NO intent to commit fraudulent activities?
