H3-visa application H Visa

Hello,

I have questions about the H3-visa. I have no idea about this type of visa at all. My situation is I already have a Master degree in the US and I already used the OPT for one year without working for any company(coz I couldn't find one). I decided going back to school for any another degree. Right now, I am holding a F-1 visa. I got a job during summer with the company in DALLAS. I worked under the CPT period. Now the summer is over, and I have to come back to school because I must keep my status legal. But I still want to work for the company and company willing to hire. The problem is I can not work if I have to keep full time student status. Can I apply for the H-3 visa now when it will be valid? Can I apply for the H-1B visa in next year while I hold the H-3 visa.?
