I have a following situation:
I had an H1B visa and contract with my employer for 2 years.
I worked in US for 8 month and now I returned to my native country.
There were several reasons:
1. I was without work for 1,5 month and during this period I had no income.
So I lived only for saved money. (My employer could not support me with a job and pay no money).
2. My employer periodically insulted me.
3. When I decided return home he refused to pay for the fly ticket so I lend money for it.
Now after one month I'm at home I received letter were my employer demands money compensation because I terminated employment agreement.
He threatens me to post this case to the court so I will not be able to enter into the US again.
Please advice what should I do
