I am currently on a H1B working for a big corporation. Through time, I discovered I have income potential out of my job. I.e. develop software, monitor business plan writing, etc. None of these 'line of businesses' is related in any matter to my current employer's activity.
I was wondering if I can start my own business with another partner, I am almost convinced with the LLP format.
May I just become an investor/employer while in H1B?
