Does anyone know what the sentencing is for H/S 11378 - possession for sale - meth - 28.5 grams (1st time offense) ? This person was was found guilty July 2005 after 3 days of trial, and 2 YEARS of court appearances. He was arrested in 2003 and was bailed out. A month later the courts exonerated his bail and was ROR for 2 years. Upon conviction he was taken into custody and his sentencing has already been re-scheduled once. WHat kind of time is he looking at?

afaik, hes looking at either 16 months, 2 years, or 3 years in state prison

not sure.. meth has a lot of modifier laws attached.. for 28.5 g (1 ounce) there might be a modifier..
