I pled guilty to a being under the influence of drugs in a public place in exchange for dismissing the DUI charge. I dont go in for sentencing until
January. Do I need to get a drug evaluation done for the courts before I go back? The judge didnt mention it or say anything about one but I dont want it to reflect on my sentence. Should I wait until he tells me to or what? I am really new to this being a criminal thing. Can someone help me????
