If you invite a guest to your apartment and you get into an argument .verbal not physical can the landlord trespass that person. If you invite that person to your home after being trespassed can they be arrested with your invitation

If the landlord banned that person from the property as a disruptive person, the landlord can enforce that ban by calling the police.

(1) Can a landlord ban a person from a leased property if there is a verbal but not physical altercation?
(2) Can a landlord who banned a person from a leased property call the police to have the banned person arrested if they return and enter the premises?

The answer to both questions is yes. Many leases contain provisions about who is allowed on the premises.
