Green card with expunged theft

Hi,

I have applied for a green card. I already had the interview and everything went fine. The only problem is that my green card is on hold till i submits court documents of my arrest. My lawyer didn't send all the original documents. The next day my lawyer send all the original document of my arrested papers. diversion program which I has completed all the requirements such as 40 hrs of community service, seeing the probation officer and paying the fines. Now the case is dismissed and expunged. Any one with this situation got there green card?

Since you have a lawyer, you might want to discuss with him/her.

No two situations are equal.
If someone did, that doesn't mean you will.
In essence, what happened to others is purely anecdotal.

People who posted in the past generally don't come back to give their testimony about their problem.
Even if they do, it is anecdotal in nature.
