My fiance has run into a problem,
His green card of 10 years expires in 4 months and we were ready to renew this week. He has been in the U.S. since he was a child. Unfortunatley he had a run in with the law and now has a misdemeanor for battery, he is still set to go to court, but he is being charged for something he did not do. He has had 2 traffic violations over the past 5 - 7 years. And now we are worried they will not grant him his renewal or his citizenship. Please help is there any advice?

I'm not sure what advice you are looking for. No one here can predict whether his green card will be approved for renewal. A misdemeanor isn't an automatic bar but may still be considered. Your fiance would be wise to talk to an immigration attorney.
