Grandparents on the Rampage

Would like to know if a grandparent can sue a grandson for items and/or money that were given to him when he was 16 years old? The grandson is now 24 and married and there has been an estrangement between him and his grandparents.

Well anyone can sue anyone for anything. Is it likely they will win? No. Plus it has been 6 years if it fact it was a loan, the SOL has already expired. Unless there was an agreement or a schedule to pay back, the case likely will not fly. If this person is served with a summons though they must file a response to it or appear in court.
