Got speeding ticket at 9:34 am, ticket was written 9:34pm

Can this ticket be dismissed in New York State for having the wrong time of day written. I received the ticket early morning but received a ticket for speeding with the time of 9:34 pm.

Possibly. Normally this is a minor error and can be corrected. However you have the right to plead not guilty and request a deposition. If the officer does not correct the time and you can prove that you were somewhere else the judge just might dismiss the speeding ticket. Then again he might not.

i live in california and got the same problem says 3:50am but it happend 3:50pm and it also says Light(officer checked day) wonder if i can get off on that then it says courtdate feb 16 05 3:15 AM hmmm
