Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Got A Question!!!!

Can you be arrested for shoplifting if the store cameras caught you on tape and later on after you have left the store and say for example, you come back a week later. Can you be arrested then for something you did a week earlier that was caught on tape. Please, please I need input.

Lets split the question: Can you be charged later? Yes, definitely. As long as the statute of limitations allows it the store could decide months or years later to file criminal charges.

Can you be arrested later? That depends. You definitely can be arrested if a judge wrote an arrest warrant.

Being arrested without a warrant is a little trickier, here it depends by who, for what and in what situation. It is possible, but not in all cases.
