Is it a bad idea to have someone as a witness in a family law case if they have had a past intimate relationship with you? Can that ruin their credibility as a witness?
You want your witnesses to be as impartial as posable. Credability can be determined in several diffrent ways. I don't think that this would "blow you out of the water"
