Go to trial or don't go to trial?

If 75+% of lawsuits are settled prior to trial, what are the main reasons lawyers would NOT want to go to trial be?

Because they make crap up that would never get passed a jury. Also, a civil action is a civil wrong commited, if you did no wrong, the action would not be brought, unless its bs, which settlements happen.

I would neve accept a settlement. To me, it has nothing to do with money, I just want the judgement. To each their own.
