I loaned my friends my travel trailer 9 mo. ago after their house burned to the ground. Now they will not get out and i am sleeping in my truck!!!!! HELP..

I'm afraid after 9 months, you'll need to bring an eviction action in the JP or Muni Court in the county and precinct (or city) where the trailer is located.

I would not suggest any self help remedies. They can be quicker, but in your case you've created a constructive tenancy.

Eviction is the best way, and it'll take about 6-12 weeks before you get a judge to toss the ungrateful louts.
It might be as few as 4-5 weeks, but that's often in very rural areas of our republic of Texas.
