getting my daughters first named changed

were do i go or how on the internet do i get my daughter's first named changed in missouri? i know that in illinois you have up to a year to get your child's first named changed and how much does it cost?

my daughter will be a year in march and her dad hasnt seen or wanted to see her. he knew i was pregnant and he knew when i had her and he knows my number and hasnt tried to contact me one time... so he dont have a say in the matter...

You need to worry less about trying to illegally change the child's name and more about getting child support orders in place or enforced for both of your children.
