Recently, I had a levy hit my bank account do to a judgement. Since then, I have taken alternative measures to secure my funds. I am a homemaker so I don't work, but I do own a home (which they already have a property lein on), and I am married. What else can the "aggressive" attorneys office do me? I have tried desperately to get them to settle, but I have not been so lucky.

Based solely on the information you have given us, they have done all they can do.

The lien on your home will be a killer ... so pay your bills and get it released as soon as possible.

Make sure (when you get it released) that you have a written release recorded in the land deed records of the county where the land is.
