Gaming site that steals from their customers

I am a member of a skillgaming site. The site promises fairness in matching, a secure system and all of the above stuff that businesses promise their customers.

The site is often times breached and littered with cheaters who make programs and bots in order to play games and win tons of money. When gamers report these people as cheaters, the site administrators wait months and even years before banning these people.

In the meantime these cheaters have made off with thousands of hardworking dollars from innocent gamers, who did nothing but trust in the fairness and the sites security as promised in their statement. When a person is banned and those who were cheated out of their money ask for explanations, we are never given any.Not to mention we are never refunded our rightful prize winnings, or our entry fee's for that matter. This kind of money adds up overtime and many gamers feel like they are being swindled by this company because not only are they allowing cheaters to take our money, but once they ban cheaters, they keep the money that the cheaters have made and never refund us. (Once a cheater makes a big withdrawal, the site bans that person and KEEPS THE MONEY).

Do we have a case to sue for money that is "rightfully" owed to us, but was not refunded, or compensated in any kind of way?

Thanks in advance.

There is a big challenge here for you to overcome - why would the company allow these cheaters to invade their site and walk away with winnings? What is in it for the company? Is it possible that enforcing the site against the cheaters is difficult and getting money back from them after the fact might be more difficult than it seems? In most of these cases, unless you can point to me how the company chooses to benefit, it's a hard case to make in court that the company is anything more than another victim of fraud. Perhaps you can share with us more details.
