You will be in a very tough spot for a very long time.
Courts are independent agencies of the government.
No one can compel a court to do anything, unless he or she argues to a higher court, presenting a valid reason the lower court failed to act.
I see nothing in your post to allow you to make such an argument.

Have you written to the court and inquired why the court won't respond to DMV with your information?
If not, try that, see what happens.
