a ten day trial charged me even after i canceled within ten days. i was charged and the charge brought about over draft fees. can i get this money back? (xm-labs) this is driving me crazy because ive lost my job and could not afford all of these charges.

I had this happen to me. I went through my bank. Took them my emails with this company demanding that the charge be refunded as I didnt want their service. The bank refunded all of the money. It was almost 600.00 including ODFs

Thank You. But My Card Was Linked To My Bank Account Which Pays Even If I Dont Have The Funds This Cost 32.00 For Every Transaction. Since I Didnt Know This Was Coming Out I Had 4 Nsf Charges Which They Refuse To Refund.128.00 Dollars Because Of This Bogus Charge! How Do I Get This Back? Anyway Dont Do This Trial Offer Rez-v Or Anything To Do With Xm-labs Or Xm-brands.acai-berry,etc.etc. They Have Alot Of Rip Off Offers.
