I posted an ad that I'm selling my cellphone for a certain amount. I replied to one interested buyer and requested him to pay thru paypal. After requesting him to pay through paypal, I got the confirmation on paypal with their seal that there is money on my account already and it states that it would be released after I send them the tracking number of the delivery. So I did send the tracking number for delivery and they confirmed it. Until now there is no amount credited to my account and I contacted the buyer, he replied to wait for it, but I doubt there will be a payment for it. I was wondering if there would be any ways I could sue the buyer or paypal for this? I have information on where the package is delivered and to the name and also the buyers email add and the paypal verification letter.
