Last year I used a site called TreasureTrooper to earn some little extra money on the side- by either signing up for free trials or doing surveys. Nevertheless, I signed up for a free trial at:

www.stopsmokin180.com and I canceled my account within the week of the free trial so that I do not get billed- this was back on October 2006.Yesterday, I get in the mail from them that my account has an outstanding balance of $99.95.

I called costumer service and they told me to contact their collections department because that is who is handling this now- the collection departments number is 412-839-9748. However, when I call the "mailbox" is full?!?!?! What companies collection department would have a mailbox that is full or one mail box for that matter? Shouldn't there be costumer reps as well?

The billing department is run through Next Click Media, LLC

Is there anything I can do?
