former band still using my images/audio for getting shows

The former band I was in are using my images and performances i,e,video/ dvd footage as well as audio clips on their Demo CD their web-site for getting paid shows.
what can I do or what can be done to stop them from using my likeness
or images as well as audio portions that have been recorded in years past? Is this legal for them to do this?

What was your agreement? Who "owns" the rights to the band work product, e.g. the songs, recordings, video, etc.?
