Hello,
Can Form Interrogatories and Admissions be directed to "PMK" of a partnership. If you a suing the partnership how can you get information from the partners as they are not directly listed as a party to the action?

As members of the partnership suing the partnership is suing them. There is no liability protection unless they are limited partners. As such you can take discovery against all partners as if they were parties.
