First, this is not for me, about me, or I have a friend who may have, question.
1) I may have evidence of forged (digital signed) documents that have been filed with the clerk's office of the superior court with out the person's authorization. If I find this to be true, what laws have been broken, what actions do I take, who do I submit this evidence to, what can happen to this person if found true.
2) If an affidavit was signed by a person and the notary did not witness the signing of the affidavit by the person and this document was also sent to the court.
3) If a person signs a blank affidavit and a company head and/or the notary fills in the blank affidavit.
Again, what laws have been broken, what actions do I take, who do I submit this evidence to, what can happen to this notary if found true.
Added info: Documents sent via E-mail or US Mail, Affidavit sent via US Mail or hand delivered.
