After being followed my husband pulled up to his uncle house the police officer drove by while, and then turned around pulled up in the driveway and asked what were we doing and asked us to getout the car and and searched us and the vehicle without permission and said we looked suspicious after seeing us at the gas station saying what are we doing out at midnight? Nothing was found during the search and we didn't have any traffic violations so there was no need to pull stop and search when we pulled out the phone to call our uncle out the house he told us to hang up the phone because there was no need for it. Do I have a case and can I sue?
