I just received documents/filings from the county court saying my landlord's morgatge is being foreclosed. My landlord has told me of this happening about 2 months ago. At that time she stated that she would reduce rent and would need to be paid in cash for the remainder of the time I am there before having to get out. I suspect that my rent has been my landlords profit since morgatge payment has not been being paid in sometime now. In the filings from the court there are staments that all "Rents" collected herin are to be paid to the plantiff (morgatge company). How do I know who to pay, how much and how long? Thank you for your time.

Contact your county tax assessor's office to find out who to pay to or how to handle the situation. They will guide you step by step. Inform your landlord you are aware of the count ruling..............See if she backs out.......If she does not, contact city hall or even cops for advice.
