I was arrested last night after failing the sobriety test. In the station the officer brought in my coat and handbag and began to search everything. He wound up finding a dimebag with a tiny bit of cocaine dust left in the bottom (basically empty). This is my first time for anything, I never been convicted of anything before. Oh and I blew a 0.16. I spent the next 2 hours there getting yelled at by this guy before he released me with eight tickets...everything from failing to wear a seatbelt to posession.
This is my first time for anything...please help, I dont know what to do. Do I have any possible way of keeping my license? I commute to school and work and I live in an area with very limited public transport.
