Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft First offense, under 100$

I was caught shoplifting in Duval County, Florida. Recieved a notice to appear. Let me know what other information you might need

Well mainly, I have my notice to appear, should I seek an attorney before going to the clerk to set a court date? Also, I'm not sure how to go about finding a good attorney. Ideally I'd like to get the pre-trial intervention, but I know that's not always a for sure thing. Also I got a letter about reparations or what have you towards the company and how they'll send me info on it, is this on top of the possible fines from the charge?
