We purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago. Our contract states first monthly payment date 5/26/2014. I just had a payment taken out on 4/26/2014 one month early. Do I have any recourse?

You need to bring this up with whoever your loan is with and present the contract with the other date.

Agree, ask them why they took a payment in April when the contract notes May.
