Personal Bankruptcy Filling personal bankruptcy with an SBA Disaster Loan

My jurisdiction is: NY, St Lawrence County

Would an SBA Disaster home loan, which is attached to our florida home thats being foreclosed on by the primary mortgage holder, be discharged like other debts if I file bankruptcy here in NY where I am now a resident?

I don't know but I do know that student loans via the government cannot. Going to NY isn't going to help you with Florida with regard to bankruptcy, which is a federal matter.
