My (Ex) Fiance moved out in March 08. She had lived here for a little more than two years rent free. How long do I have to give her to get her belongings? It's already been close to five months.
Why don't you send her a notice giving her a reasonable period of time or else state that you will consider the belongings abandoned? You'd want to send the notice via a certified method to ensure she received the message and is aware of your intentions. Would be difficult for her to come after you if she's disregarded yet another notice after 5 months.
