i picked my friend up at her home, she wasn't ready and said to park the car. i didn't feel comfortable parking it because her street is very narrow and sits high on a hill. She volunteered to come out and park, stating she is used to it Well she hit the gas instead of the brakes. Damaged my car and the car in front. Her mom agreed to pay the damage. Other cars damage was in the 800.00 range so she couldn't afford it so asked me to turn it in to my insurance, i did, and they are paying the bill. but my car is still damaged. Can't afford to have another claim on my insurance. What can I do and who is at fault?
