I pled guilty to a burglary 2nd in 2007. I received two yrs probation and community service. I will have completed all requirements by March 2009.
I am trying to find out if it is possible to get this conviction reduced to a misdemeanor after the probation is completed successfully?
I have had a very difficult time securing meaningful employment and have had offers from one company on three occassions but cannot be accepted with a felony conviction.
