felony or misdemeanor under federal law?

    What's the difference between state and federal law?

    Also, is Possession of a Controlled Substance = 1 >= 4 < 200 grams considered a felony under Federal Law or under the Contolled
    Substance Act?

    a violation of 841 (B) (2) (iii)

    is this a misdemeanor under Federal Law or the CSA?
