My fiance' was arrested about a month back for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and was & is currently on parole. When they raided the house they found a baggy with residue in it. I took the charge cause he all ready had a class 2 charge. So now I'm currently on parole and facing a class 4 felony charge myself.My queston is can I go back on taking that charge for him if i haven't been to my arraignment yet? Also is there any chance of keeping both me and him out of prison again? Or at least keeping myself out of prison. Is there anyway I can testify or have him testify it was his to get the charges dropped on my part?
