Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Felonies in two different states can i get them removed?

I was convicted of Coruption of a Minor in 1992 in Ohio, it was a feloney. Since then Coruption of a Minor has been reduced to a misdeminor.In 1993 I was convicted of agg. Robbery in Tennessee. I have served my time and am now trying to get a job but they keep bring up my past is there any way to remove them?
