Sex Crimes, Sex Offenders FBI case with EX: Now with More BS.....

As I have already posted : I am having a case against my ex for child porn and piracy ( a year ago I had his parental rights removed completely and have not had any contact between him and the kids ) Just yesterday a person from his "Legal Team" from the FBI case showed up at my mothers house telling them that my ex is going to try to get custody of the kids .... Can this really happen after his parental rights have been removed? DO his parents have any way to get rights of the kids after this long being without any contact? Or is this just his "legal Team " just trying to rile me up to go off on them and cause me to say things that will end up hurting me in the end....Either way its a bunch of BS. What should I do?
